  1. MK-ULTRA says:

Original non creepy comment to make you smile. :)

  2. Katee, just discovered that you finally have an official site – thank the Lords of Kobol! I just recently discovered BSG (which by now – I know, I know – you are probably very tired of being identified with?) … and when I had seen the pilot I just bought all 4 seasons and pretty much watched them in one row! (Well, almost! :-) )

No, but seriously – one of the main reason the series really resonated with me, and, I’m sure, with so many thousands of other fans was that it’s got great actors. Yes, it sounds as a cliche and it may be one but who cares. It’s the truth! And your portrayal as the heroic/gritty/haunted/sensual/take-no-crap complex character of Starbuck was just out of this world.

Thanks SO much to you for contributing to making me believe that science fiction can and should be about characters, living and dying, fighting, loving and so on in futuristic environments and NOT (as is the case, unfortunately, for much SF) about futuristic techno-gadgets and biiig explosions. Sure, it’s part of the package but without deep characters and actors and actresses with some of the same depth both in terms of personality and talent, it just doesn’t fly.

I look very much forward to following your character of Dana Walsch then, in 24, and see what you can make of her. I have not really seen the show until now, but when I heard you came aboard I thought I wanted to give it a shot. And I’ve always thought that Kiefer was a great talent as well, so why not? We can’t watch season 8 here in Denmark where I live (at least not on any of the channels I can watch), but fortunately there are those ‘futuristic’ DVDs.

Enough rambling. I look forward to checking in on your site once in a while – and on 24 what else may come. Best of luck with your career, life and everything in between.

    Chris
